The Course
Beginners Botox
Our Botox for beginners course is perfect for those looking to move into cosmetic medicine, as well as those who are just starting out and have some experience but would like to increase their confidence.
Learning how to perform injectables like dermal fillers and botulinum toxin is one way to extend your practice and open up a new revenue stream, but it is of vital importance that practitioners are trained correctly to be able to deliver safe and effective treatments.
The aim of the Botox for beginners masterclass is to provide delegates with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to perform botulinum toxin treatments in a safe way for their patients. No experience is necessary as this covers the basics of injecting and treating with Botulinum toxin for aesthetic effect. We do provide an amount of product on the day, as well as all course materials and stationery.

We usually ask that delegates provide a model for training days, though we understand that practitioners attending our Botox for beginners course may not feel confident in model selection.
If this is the case, we are able to put you in contact with a suitable model, please let us know in good time prior to your training date and we can make these arrangements.

What You Need To Bring
We will provide writing materials and pads. You may wish to bring your own tablet or laptop if you prefer to make electronic notes. Please do ensure you charge your device!
All materials for injecting will be provided.
Reading Materials
In terms of pre-course reading, you do not need to worry about spending excessive time preparing as we will go through everything in detail. However, we will provide a few online resources for you to look at in the PHI College online portal. These materials can be found in the ‘My Courses’ section of the website.
Key Questions
What qualifications do I need to join this course?
We only train qualified medical professionals at PHI College, like doctors, dentists, nurses, and surgeons who are registered with the relevant official body (e.g. AMA, GDC, GMC, etc.). We do not train beauty therapists or similar who are not medically trained. Nurses who have not completed a nurse prescriber course are welcome, though you will need to practice with a licensed prescriber.
